| Relevant Building Healthy Churches offers on-site workshops to churches on topics that directly support church health. You will find a balance between workshops that address congregational issues and those that seek to nurture the spiritual growth and health of your church members. Current workshops focus on church health, congregational conflict, spiritual gifts identification and ministry placement, outreach, stewardship, ministry to families and women, as well as pastoral counseling. Helpful Our workshop leaders impart biblical principles blended with rich knowledge and experience in their areas of expertise. Having served in a variety of ministry settings themselves, BHC workshop facilitators understand the needs and challenges facing today's congregations. Our facilitators are committed to making each workshop practical, beneficial, and encouraging. Creative Workshops are designed using an array of formats that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your congregation. Rather than take a "one size fits all" approach to their workshops, BHC facilitators take the time necessary to visit with you by phone or in person to understand why you want a particular workshop and how you desire for your church members to grow as a result of participating in a BHC workshop. This requires creativity, thoughtful reflection, and thorough preparation by our workshop facilitators.
