Your church might be in the middle of a church fight or trying to recover from one.  Even if everything is peaceful in your
congregation, now is the best time to prepare for the future.  Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn't have to turn your church into a
war zone.  Conflict can strengthen you and your congregation.

As its title suggests, the "Lead Your Church through Conflict" workshop is designed to equip the leaders of your church to guide
your congregation through conflict successfully.  You will explore how God’s Word both teaches and illustrates the ways you
should respond to situations that threaten the unity and viability of your congregation.

Specifically, this workshop will enable you to:

♦  discover timeless leadership principles for leading your church through conflict

♦  learn how to stop destructive conflict before it significantly damages the health and effectiveness
           of your congregation

♦  understand your role and responsibility as a spiritual leader to address critical biblical issues within
your church even when it initiates conflict

♦  strengthen your leadership team as you learn how to turn to God’s Word for practical instruction and guidance in
the area of biblical conflict resolution
