Participants may purchase an extremely helpful guidebook that covers the content of the workshop for $129.99. It is not necessary to
purchase the guidebook in order to attend the workshop. However, it is very helpful for at least one person from your church to

Fees
The cost of the workshop is $1,000. Other expenses include Dr. Cornine's travel to your location and if necessary, overnight lodging.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to finalize the date(s) for your workshop.
