Workshop Description
Self-centered thinking fuels conflict in the church.  In order to resolve congregational conflict church members must first
resolve the conflict that resides in their hearts.  This workshop teaches believers how to put out the "fire within" that
fuels interpersonal conflict and disrupts the healthy functioning of the church.  Workshop participants will discover the
deadly progression that fuels negatively charged issues and results in emotions and behaviors that increase rather
than resolve conflict.

Participants will learn how to use a systematic process to disconnect negative feelings from issues and eliminate the
combative system that increases conflict.  The process also will equip participants to discover and replace selfish
outcomes with "wise" outcomes.
