Churches. He also is the founder of the Diakonos Counseling Center in Independence, Missouri. Larry's

Larry offers consulting services to congregations in the following areas: mediation and conflict resolution,
church staff relationships and efficiency, and developing church-based counseling ministries.
Fees
Consulting fees are $100 per hour for the time Larry spends at your church. Travel expenses for trips within a
few hours of the Kansas City area are charged at the rate of $50 per hour. For destinations farther away from
Kansas City, additional expenses will be incurred for air fare, rentals, and overnight lodging (if needed).
